JANE JONES
Jane is a certified Balanced Body Comprehensive Pilates Instructor. She has been teaching Pilates since 2001 after being totally inspired by the Pilates method of physical wellness. She started training and teaching while she pursued a degree in Exercise Physiology at Cal State Chico and a Reformer Certification through Polestar Pilates. Jane graduated with a Bachelor of Science in 2004 and also obtained her Polestar Reformer Certification.
After graduating Jane stayed in the town of Chico, started a family and is now raising 3 amazing children. Her love of Pilates has kept her strong and healthy with her busy lifestyle. Her commitment to the Pilates Methodology led her to pursue more extensive Pilates education and she was certified through the Balanced Body Comprehensive training program.
Jane believes in a detailed approach to her teaching where educating clients leads to improved functional and healthy movement patterns. She has a passionate, positive teaching style and loves to watch clients progress and become more body aware and stronger.

ANGELA HORSWILL
Angela developed her love for Pilates when she recognized how it helped her become stronger both physically and mentally. Not only did it decrease her number of injuries, it also increased her confidence. Based on those positive experiences she decided to become certified and teach others the amazing benefits of Pilates.
Angela believes in developing strong relationships with her clients and pushing them out of their comfort zones, all while focusing on their abilities and goals. She uses enthusiasm and encouragement to increase her clients' confidence as they advance through the workouts. With certifications in Pilates and athletic training, she programs her clients' workouts with injury-reducing exercises for long term performance and longevity.
Deeply passionate and experienced in all things Pilates, she believes in the importance of finding balance and using Pilates as a means to longevity, both in body and mind. Angela’s husband and family help her achieve that balance by making her get out and walk her two dogs and focus on other aspects of life outside of work.

Alexa Janicki - Physical Therapist
Alexa has her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Jane introduced Alexa to pilates in 2017. Since then, Alexa’s appreciation for pilates has grown and she now teaches at Precision Pilates.
Alexa earned her Bachelor’s of Science degree in Exercise Physiology from California State University Chico in 2012. Alexa earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from California State University Sacramento in 2015. Since graduating, she has completed the renowned nine-month residency in Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF) training at Kaiser Vallejo, become a Certified Vestibular Specialist through Duke University, completed a fifteen-month residency in Orthopaedic Physical Therapy, and passed the Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist Examination for Physical Therapy. Additionally, she has her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Certification.
Alexa has practiced pilates since 2017 and yoga since 2005. Her passion is to treat the true cause of your pain so that you can live and move freely throughout your life.
